Order & Delivery
Where can I shop Fliss in Bliss?
Our full collection is available exclusively online at flissinbliss.com. We currently sell and ship within the United States only.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase required.
How long does delivery take?
Order processing: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
Shipping time: 4–8 business days
Estimated delivery: 5–11 business days total
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and carrier conditions.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order via our Track Your Order page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations are possible only before your order has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
How do I return an item?
Contact us at support@flissinbliss.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
Direct exchanges are not available at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one.
Lost, Incorrect, or Damaged Orders
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
My tracking shows delivered, but I didn’t receive my package — what should I do?
Please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If the package is still missing, contact us and we will assist you further.

Do your items run true to size?
Yes, our items are true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
